If you need to change your arrival or departure, please call us as soon as possible or send us a Whatsapp +52 984 151 4836. 24 hours prior your depature.

Cancellations within 48 hours of departure will be fully refunded.

In case of “No Show”, you will be charged the full price.

We follow the luggage airlines policy. Each person is allowed two checked bags and two carry-on items.

Yes, the driver can stop at a convenience store, OXXO or any other grocery store for an additional cost of $35 USD per hour. Please let us know when you are making the reservation or 48 hours in advance.
